He joined Real from CD Leganes in 2023, having previously been with Atletico Madrid and Getafe's academies, and initially featuring for the Juvenil C team, where he quickly made a positive impact.

Pitarch worked his way up to the B team and it was in a friendly match in which they faced the academy's first team, then coached by the former defender, where the youngster is said to have caught the attention of the current Real boss, who took over from the previous coach in the new year.

Reports would later describe the moment as "an instant connection," adding Pitarch excelled not only for his skill on the ball, but for the vitality, character and drive he brought to the side.

'His Best Attribute Remains His Personality'

During the summer of 2025, former boss Alonso invited Pitarch to train with the senior squad and gave him minutes in pre-season.

Yet, it was Arbeloa's appointment that became the turning point in his development as he was introduced as a second-half replacement in both ties against Benfica that led to the clash with Pep Guardiola's team.

"I have dreamed of this each night when sleeping, the very first time I started playing football, each day you go to train and each day you have a game," stated Pitarch after his debut.

A Future International Decision
